The proposed project is expected to consist of a mixed-use building with 261 residential rental units and 8,800+ square feet of commercial space at grade.
The Victoria Westmount Centre is currently located at 751 Victoria Street, at the corner of Victoria Street and Westmount Road in Kitchener, Ontario, being a very busy, and highly visible commercial retail and residential node in the area.
Terms:
Offering: $15M
Minimum Investment: $150,000
Term: 3.5 - 4.5 years from the Initial Closing Date, or until such time when the rental building portion of the Project has reached stabilization.
